Safe AI Automation for Growing Businesses
Less Busywork. Less Tedium. AI to help, not to replace.
I find the repetitive busywork eating your team's hours and safely automate it — so your people spend their time on customers, not tedium.
AI done safely. A person stays in the loop, nothing goes live until it is proven, and you can switch it off anytime.

The AI Opportunity Audit
A free 30 minutes assessment
What you get on the call
- A map of the repetitive busywork eating your team's hours
- Specific automations that fit how your business actually runs
- No sales pitch, no jargon, no commitment
What I automate
Practical automations that take repetitive work off your team's plate, so they can spend the time on customers.
Stop Digging Through Inboxes
Every email with a lead or client lands in one shared view your whole team can see.
Stop Chasing Follow-Ups by Hand
Confirmations, reminders, review requests, and win-back nudges go out on time, on their own.
Get Off the Spreadsheet
Waitlists and trackers stuck in spreadsheets become a simple system that updates itself.
Turn Calls Into Done Tasks
Voicemails and consult notes get written up automatically and turned into clear next steps.
…and plenty more. Every business is different — the free audit uncovers what's still on the table for yours.
How this works
I start by learning how your business actually runs. Everything after that is built around what I find.
Learn how you work
A short conversation about your day-to-day: how work comes in, who touches it, and where the time goes. No prep needed.
Find the time sinks
I map the repetitive tasks and show you which ones can safely run on their own — and which ones shouldn't.
Build it, then keep it running
I build it, prove it works, and maintain it. Nothing new for your team to learn, and you can pause it anytime.
Your numbers
What is the busywork costing you now?
Three questions, no email required. This uses your own estimates to size the problem — it is not a quote or a promise of savings.
Your assumption, not mine. The audit is what replaces this guess with a real number.
Your estimates, your arithmetic — shown so you can sanity-check the size of the problem before you spend 30 minutes with me. The audit is what turns this into a real number. Based on 48 working weeks a year.

What one of these actually looks like
This is a system I built and run for my own operation. It is not a client result — it is the pattern I would fit to how you work.
Every client email in one place
- The problem
- An email with a client lived in whichever inbox it happened to land in. Anyone else who needed the history had to go ask.
- What got built
- A quiet connector that files every sent and received message against the right contact, in one shared record.
- What stayed manual
- Nothing sends on its own. It only reads and files. Every reply is still approved by a person.
- How it was proven
- It ran alongside the real inbox for two weeks, filing into a copy, until the filing was right every time.
- What changed
- Answering “what did we last tell them?” went from asking two other people to a single search.
Shown to make the method concrete. Your audit decides what is worth building for you — this is an example of what is possible, not a deliverable.
See it work
Watch it read a voicemail
This does the same job as “Turn Calls Into Done Tasks” above. Pick a message and see exactly what gets filed — including the part it deliberately leaves to a person.

What came in
Voicemail transcript
Hi, um, my name's Marcus Delgado — I got your number from a neighbour, Priya, she said you did some work for her back in the spring. So I'm after a quote for basically the same thing she had done, maybe a bit bigger. I'm not in a huge rush but I would like it sorted before the end of next month if that's doable. My number is 949-555-0184. Best time is probably after four. Thanks, bye.
What it filed
A recorded run — this is what the automation produced for this message.
- Caller
- Marcus Delgado, callback 949-555-0184 (best after 4pm)
- What they want
- Wants a quote for similar work as done for his neighbour Priya in spring, possibly a bit bigger in scope
- How soon
- Routine
- Draft reply
- Hi Marcus, thanks for calling! We'll look into the work we did for Priya and follow up with you about a quote soon. Talk to you after 4pm sometime.
- Next action
- Look up Priya's spring job details, then call Marcus back after 4pm to discuss scope and provide a quote
- Left to a person
- Determining what "the same thing but a bit bigger" actually means in scope/price, and whether the end-of-next-month timeline is feasible
Nothing was sent. Every reply waits for a person to approve it.
Try it on your own voicemail
Paste a phone message and see what comes back. Please use made-up details — this is a demo, not somewhere to put real customer information, and nothing you type is stored.
Who you'd be working with
Why work with me
I'm Deep Trikannad. I have spent 20+ years in enterprise cloud and security at AWS, Akamai, and Verizon.
My work there was judging which technology actually holds up in production and what it really costs to run safely. That is the judgment I bring to your business. The building, I do myself.

- Enterprise judgment, small-team scale
- I have watched what breaks at scale. Your automation gets that same scrutiny, sized for a team of your size.
- Built for how you work
- Not a template. I fit proven building blocks to your process, which keeps it both tailored and affordable.
- No lock-in, ever
- You keep the code, the documentation, and the instructions. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running.
- One person, start to finish
- I build it and I maintain it. No handoff to someone who has never seen your setup, and no ticket queue.
No surprises
What working together looks like
- The audit is free
- 30 minutes on a call. You leave with a clear picture of what is worth automating, whether or not you hire me.
- Builds are fixed scope, fixed price
- We agree exactly what gets built and what it costs before any work starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.
- Ongoing care is optional
- If you want me hosting it, watching it, and fixing it, that is a flat monthly fee. Cancel whenever you like.
- You own what I build
- Code, documentation, and setup instructions are yours from day one. Stopping the monthly fee does not switch anything off.
Safe by design
What "AI done safely" actually means
No hype, and nothing you cannot see into. Every automation is built so it helps your team without putting your business or your customers at risk.
A person stays in the loop
Automations assist your team. They do not act unsupervised on anything that matters.
Proven before it goes live
Nothing is switched on until it has been tested and shown to work reliably on real-world cases.
Built to enterprise security standards
Built to the standards required by frameworks like HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, and kept to low-risk work — scheduling, reminders, reviews, follow-ups, and data entry. Your sensitive records stay out of scope. This describes how I build; it is not a claim that your business or mine is certified.
You stay in control
Every automation can be paused or switched off at any time, by you, without calling me first.
Straight answers
Questions owners actually ask
We already do most of this.
Then the audit will be short. Most teams I talk to still type confirmations by hand, ask for reviews one at a time, or enter the same details in two places. The audit finds what is left. If there is nothing worth automating, I will tell you that and you will have lost half an hour.
What does it cost after the free audit?
The audit ends with a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before any work starts. Hosting and maintenance afterwards is an optional flat monthly fee. Nothing is hourly, and nothing renews without you saying so.
Will this replace someone on my team?
No. It takes the repetitive part off their plate. Anything that reaches a customer still goes through a person first — that is a design rule, not a setting.
Do you need access to our sensitive records?
No. I keep automations in the low-risk zone: scheduling, reminders, reviews, follow-ups, notes, and data entry. Your systems of record stay out of scope.
How long until something is actually working?
Most first builds go live within a few weeks. You will see it running in a test setup before it touches anything real.
What happens if it breaks?
It pauses rather than carrying on wrongly, and fixing it is on me. That is what the monthly care covers — and why nothing goes live until it is proven.
