The build

One Automation, Done Right

$1,500, two weeks

One automation. Two weeks. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. Proven on your real work before it goes live.

$750 to start, $750 when it goes live.

Founding rate: $750 total, two spots.

I'm building my first local case studies. For the lower price I ask for three things: permission to describe the work, a short testimonial if it works, and two introductions to other owners you know.

How a build runs

  1. Scope agreed in writing from your Sanity Check
  2. Built and tested in a copy of your setup
  3. Runs alongside your real work for at least 5 business days, sending nothing
  4. You approve it in writing, it goes live, and you get the pause switch, the docs, and the code

What you're guaranteed

Every build comes with a written guarantee on the one thing it's built to do.

Missed-call text-back
Every missed call during your set hours gets your approved text reply within 60 seconds.
Review requests after completed jobs
Every job marked complete gets a review request within 24 hours.
Appointment reminders
Every booked appointment gets its reminders at the times you set.
Lapsed-customer win-back
Every customer who reaches your set gap since their last visit gets your approved message.
Shared inbox filing
Every email sent or received is filed against the right contact.
Voicemail to task
Every new voicemail is written up with a summary, next step, and draft reply.

If the system misses one in a month, that month's care fee is waived. Not on the care plan? I'll fix the cause at no charge.

What stays out

  • More than one automation
  • Sensitive or regulated records
  • Fixing or migrating existing systems
  • Results guarantees

Keeping it running — $300 a month, cancel anytime.

I host it if needed, check it every month, and fix it when something goes wrong. Small wording or timing changes are included. I respond within two business days, and automations pause rather than continue wrongly, so nothing breaks loudly while you wait.

Only for automations I built.

If you cancel

Everything keeps running in your accounts. If I was hosting it, I'll move it to your account within 30 days.

Every build starts from a Sanity Check, so the scope is written down before anyone commits to it.
