For organizers

A free talk for your group

Free, 45 minutes

Run a chamber, an association, a brokerage, an office, or a networking group? I'll spend 45 minutes with your members on which of their repetitive work can safely run on its own, and which AI tools are worth paying for. No cost, and nothing is sold from the front of the room.

What I cover

  • The handful of repetitive jobs that quietly eat the most hours in a small business
  • How to tell, in plain terms, which of that work can safely run on its own — and which of it shouldn't
  • Which AI tools are worth paying for, which are a waste, and which put customer data somewhere you wouldn't want it
  • What a person has to stay in charge of, and why that is the part people get wrong
  • Questions on your members' own businesses, for as long as your agenda allows

No pitch from the front of the room

Nothing is sold during the talk, and I don't collect the room's contact details. Your members leave with a one-page checklist they can act on without me, with my details on it if they want to go further. If you'd rather I handed nothing out at all, say so and I won't.

What I need from you

  • A 45-minute slot — or shorter, if your agenda is tight
  • Somewhere to stand, and a microphone if the room is big enough to need one
  • A screen or projector is welcome but not required
  • A rough head count a week ahead, so I bring enough handouts

It lands best with a room of owners and managers of local businesses under 50 people. If your group is mostly technology, software, or cloud companies, I'm the wrong speaker and I'd rather say so now.

Ask about a date

Email me with these four things and I'll reply within one business day.

  • Your group, and roughly who comes
  • A date window that works — a month is enough to start
  • Roughly how many people attend
  • How long a slot you can give me
