Who this is for
Who I work with
I keep a narrow focus on purpose. It's how the work stays fast, affordable, and genuinely tailored.
A good fit
- Local businesses in Orange County
- Fewer than 50 people
- Home services and trades, clinics and practices, salons and studios, restaurants, fitness, real estate, and local professional services
Not a fit
- Technology, software, SaaS, cloud, security, or AI companies
- Gaming and interactive entertainment
- Companies that resell, implement, or partner with major cloud providers
- Companies over 50 people, or venture-funded companies scaling up
Why the focus is narrow
- Why do you only work with certain kinds of businesses?
- I have a day job in enterprise technology. Keeping Acceledgy to local, non-tech businesses avoids any overlap with it, and the narrow focus makes the work better. I've seen the same handful of time sinks enough times to fix them quickly.
- Can you work with my business if we're outside Orange County?
- Usually not. Being local is part of how this works. I'd rather sit in your shop for an hour than guess over a video call.
- Have you done this for a lot of businesses?
- I'm early, and I'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. It's why every build runs alongside your real work before it goes live, and why the first few builds are offered at a founding rate.
- When do you work?
- Mostly evenings and weekends, with some daytime visits planned ahead. Builds are scheduled around that, which is why the timeline is two weeks.
Not sure which side of that line you're on? The fit check settles it in about a minute.
